Set on a quiet horse ranch close to home, this 4-day retreat is an invitation to slow down and return to the body in a natural, unhurried environment. Days unfold in rhythm with the land. Think open skies, vast mountains, steady ground and the calm presence of animals nearby. All this offering a simple and supportive container for embodied practice.
Together we’ll explore grounded movement, breath, connection and spacious stillness, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body’s own intelligence to lead. This is not about pushing, fixing or becoming something new, but about creating enough steadiness to feel what’s already here.
Just a scenic drive away, being close to home allows for deeper presence without the effort of flights and long travel. The land holds us, the pace is steady, there is room to move freely while feeling well supported. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of ease, clarity and connection- not only to nature but to self.
Whats included:
4 day 3 night stay at Echo Valley Ranch & Spa- Clinton, BC
all meals during the duration of the retreat (please reach out regarding any dietary needs)
2 daily yoga classes ranging in styles from hatha, power, yin to workshop style
traditional yogic ceremonial practice
a spending amount to put towards onsite amenities of your choice- such as horseback riding, fishing, guided wilderness adventures or an onsite spa session

Home to a Thai spa and a Western spa Echo Valley Ranch offers many onsite relaxation treatments that will leave you feeling restored and renewed

How to get there:
Located in the heart of the Cariboo Region- Clinton, BC
Driving: via the Fraser Canyon (faster)
via Whistler (scenic)
estimated travel time is around 5 hours
optional shuttle services for an extra fee
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
A $500 deposit is required at time of booking to secure your space as space is limited. This deposit is non refundable but will be put toward your final cost
Payments after will be split into two and full payment is required 60 days before the retreat
Cancellations can be made up to 30 days before the retreat, any amounts paid after the deposit will be returnable. Any cancellations made 30 days or less before the retreat are non refundable
